Finely chop onion, parsley and basil.
Sauté onion and garlic in hot oil, add hamburger and a little pepper in large pot. Fry til brown.
Add tomato juice, parsley, sugar, salt, basil, red peppers, tomato sauce and stir.
Simmer for 1 ½ hours.
Cook lasagna noodles
Lightly coat ceramic baking dish with oil. Make layers, alternate noodles, cheese, sour cream, then meat sauce.
When finished sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake @ 350 for 20 - 30 min.
Let rest a few minutes and serve with garlic bread.
