- Ice Cream Maker
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- small pinch of salt
- 1½ cups broken up chocolate chip cookies
Instructions
- Freeze your ice cream maker bowl for 12-24 hours
- In a large bowl, whisk together heavy cream, condensed milk, vanilla, and salt
- Pour mixture into ice cream maker and churn according to device instructions
- When mixture begins to harden (12-15 min), add ½ cup of the chocolate chip cookies
- Once churning is complete and ice cream is nearly hard but still easily transferable, place in freezer-safe container, mix in remainder of chocolate chip cookies and freeze for 4-6 hours
