Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons espresso powder
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Freeze your ice cream maker bowl for 12-24 hours
  • In a large bowl, whisk together heavy cream, condensed milk, and espresso powder
  • Pour mixture into ice cream maker and churn according to device instructions
  • When mixture begins to harden (12-15 min), add chocolate chips
  • Once churning is complete and ice cream is nearly hard but still easily transferable, place in freezer-safe container and freeze for 4-6 hours
