- Ice Cream Maker
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons espresso powder
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Freeze your ice cream maker bowl for 12-24 hours
- In a large bowl, whisk together heavy cream, condensed milk, and espresso powder
- Pour mixture into ice cream maker and churn according to device instructions
- When mixture begins to harden (12-15 min), add chocolate chips
- Once churning is complete and ice cream is nearly hard but still easily transferable, place in freezer-safe container and freeze for 4-6 hours
