Our Szechuan Pork is bold and spicy with a twist you will love!
I love bold flavors! Bold foods have a certain character that stick in your mind and this Szechuan Pork dish is no exception. The addition of peanut butter, might not seem the place for a stir fry, but man it really makes the dish! Pairs well with Riesling, or if that is too sweet for your taste, try a Chardonnay.
