Sausage Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers

Ingredients
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1 pound jalapeno peppers
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- Ranch Dressing
Instructions
- Halve and seed the jalapenos.
- Brown sausage in skillet, drain when done.
- In a bowl, mix the sausage, parmesan and cream cheese.
- Place jalapenos on a baking sheet and add about 1 tablespoon of mixture per half.
- Preheat oven to 425. Once at temp, sprinkle parmesan on top of jalapenos and place in oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve with dressing for dipping.
